Please note- That due to high demand, it is necessary to book appointments in advance. Unfortunately, on the day/last minute appointments are not available due to this.

If you have any medical conditions, please let me know prior to booking your appointment, as medical clearance may need to be required.

A deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is required in order to secure your booking.

Location

Lauren’s garden studio is situated in TW14, South West London, (close to Heathrow Airport).
The studio is fully air-conditioned.
The full address will be disclosed upon booking. Free street parking is available.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted including contactless- V-pay and Apple pay, cash
or bank transfer (BACS).

Private healthcare plans

The following private healthcare cash plans recognise the Sports massage therapy association (SMA). This means that you may be able to claim part, or all of the treatment cost.

Any under 16’s being treated must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the treatment.

Cancellation Policy- If your are unable to keep your appointment or if you need to reschedule please provide at least 24 hrs notice. This is vital so that your appointment can be given to another client.
We regret that after this time cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the
original treatment cost.
This also applies to missed appointments with no prior notice and cancellations on the day.

All records are paper based and are stored securely.
